This yoga set have a firm comfortable fit. The firmness holds you in compressing your legs and stomach yet comfortable enough to still move around and workout in. 

This set has stretch but the way it's designed to compress, the stretch isn't comparable to leggings. Ordering actual size may have a firm tight fit. Ordering up will be recommended especially if you’re in between sizes.
